Your Role

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to exemplify and lead a customer-centric sales culture through effective routines, visual brand standards, and engagement practices.
  • Evaluate and interpret business trends using all available reporting to identify business opportunities and implement suitable actions.

  • Recruit, nurture, and retain a high-performing, customer-oriented team that aligns with our company values through training, recognition, and performance management.
  • Ensure and maintain a safe working environment through ongoing safety training, awareness, and accountability.
  • Plan and execute daily business tasks and responsibilities assigned by and in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by and in the absence of the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities of Freight Operations
  • Oversee the overall store logistics processes that support company initiatives and productivity objectives.
  • Utilize all company tools and training resources to ensure the team adheres to logistics processes, visual execution standards, and stocking routines.
  • Manage the visual publication calendar and delivery schedule to plan and execute all logistics workload; collaborate with the Assistant Manager of Operations or Assistant Store Manager to schedule workload effectively.
  • Maintain and organize stockroom standards that promote efficiency and safety.
What You Bring
  • Leadership qualities including: Excellent customer service behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills that align with strategic initiatives, effective delegation and validation, and the ability to efficiently execute daily priorities.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
  • Minimum Age 21 years.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
