Job Title: Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at GSK. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading the accountability and reporting model, including escalations, performance management, and change management for risk and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the smooth flow of product between operational nodes in the supply chain.
  • Work effectively with a matrix team to ensure the successful delivery of tactical elements of strategy deployment.
  • Support the director in the ongoing development and improvement of Logistics Systems.
  • Manage the operational interface between Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and GSK EM business.
  • Work with compliance areas to ensure compliance with Import/Export Controls and Sanctions Regulations.
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of Logistics Capabilities within EM to support product movements.
  • Coordinate ad-hoc requests for data, information from team, and provide summary positions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in science or business-related field.
  • 5+ years in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar experiences.
  • 1+ years Experience with SAP.
  • 1+ years Experience working with 3rd Party Logistics Providers.

  • Understanding of Logistics, Warehousing, and Distribution.
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal.
  • Strong Learning Agility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing stakeholders.
  • Agile and distributed decision-making.
