Key Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with AutoCAD and CAD / Civil 3D.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred (or the ability to obtain shortly after starting).
  • Proficient in civil drafting, including road plans, commercial site layouts, and residential subdivisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in grading, drainage, stormwater management design, and erosion and sediment control is a plus.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with on-site work.
  • Willingness to relocate or commute as necessary.
