Job Title: Proposals and Contracts Manager

Catalyst Clinical Research LLC is seeking a highly skilled Proposals and Contracts Manager to join our Business Operations, Proposals & Contracts Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future success by leading proposal development and contracts management.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development:

  • Develop and manage the full cycle proposal development process, including proposal strategy, client interfacing, and proposal submission.
  • Track and maintain proposals, ensuring timely sign-off and approval.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Finance to negotiate financial and contractual aspects of proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate and attend bid defense meetings as requested.
  • Update the internal tracking system.

Contract Management:

  • Develop contracts derived from proposals, managing the contract through client delivery and execution.
  • Review and edit contracts, ensuring clear scope of work and project specifications.
  • Develop CNFs/amendments to client contracts, collaborating with Business Development, Operations, and Finance.
  • Update the internal tracking system.

Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in English or Communications is strongly recommended.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of CRO or biopharmaceutical experience, or combination thereof, with background in proposal writing and budget development.

Skills:

  • Previous financial management experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
