Role Summary

As a Client Support Associate within PNC's Private Banking division, you will play a vital role in client engagement and administrative support. This position primarily operates from a designated PNC location, with some flexibility for remote work as determined by management.

The Client Support Associate acts as the main liaison for clients and advisors, facilitating client service and administrative requests across all PNC Private Bank offerings, including Banking, Investment, and Fiduciary services.

In this capacity, you will collaborate with Advisors and Leaders on client-related initiatives, ensuring a seamless service experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Transaction Requests
  • Managing Maintenance Requests
  • Addressing Inquiry Requests
  • Implementing Risk Management Strategies
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive sales, service, and execution support for both new and existing client relationships. You may also serve as a resource for customer solutions.

Gather necessary documentation and ensure the accuracy of all records. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and verifying documents to comply with established regulations and processes. Additionally, you may oversee complex implementation plans and client interactions.

Act as a primary contact for clients, client teams, or service partners, and manage escalations for intricate client servicing issues.

Initiate, update, and verify client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems. Generate reports as required.

Serve as a peer resource and provide general administrative support as needed.
