Position Overview:

As a vital member of our marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing our brand presence and driving customer engagement. This position is designed for individuals eager to embark on a career in marketing management within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Marketing across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and brand marketing initiatives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the daily intake of marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Assist in monitoring digital marketing performance metrics on a monthly basis to gauge effectiveness and inform strategy.
  • Public Relations Coordination: Work alongside our PR agency to facilitate media engagements, manage reservations, and support on-site experiences.
  • Social Media Management: Partner with the Social Media agency to create engaging content, coordinate influencer collaborations, and manage specific social channels.
  • Brand Marketing Collaboration: Assist in the development of marketing materials, including collateral, signage, and promotional content in conjunction with our Creative Agency.
  • Online Presence Maintenance: Learn to operate the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure our online brand presence is consistently updated and engaging.
  • Sales Support: Provide assistance in sales efforts, including responding to inquiries, coordinating customer events, and preparing for site visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role within a hospitality-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn about various aspects of hotel marketing and operations.
