Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare legal documents, notices and correspondence
  • Maintain electronic and physical files
  • Scan documents
  • Maintain attorney's calendar
  • Coordinate, schedule and calendar court hearings
  • Access process servers website for updates on service of process
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of Civil Litigation experience
  • Ability to multi-task with high organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prepare, edit and finalize pleadings, notices and other legal documents
  • Experience with scheduling hearings
  • Experience with online scheduling
