We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Job Summary:
The Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets and financial reports, and providing administrative support to management and other teams. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Provide administrative support to management and other teams
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience
