Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, plan, and coordinate healthcare services for designated sites while managing the delivery of nursing care and personnel.
- Assist in implementing quality assurance initiatives for home-based medical services.
- Provide essential training to staff on medication administration and recognizing signs of illness.
- Deliver direct care services as necessary, including medication administration and health monitoring.
- Facilitate effective communication and act as a liaison among nursing staff, direct care personnel, and community medical providers.
- Offer constructive feedback to management regarding necessary adjustments and improvements.
- Ensure timely and fair evaluations of assigned staff in line with company performance standards.
- Guarantee that all staff receive appropriate training and supervision to meet performance expectations.
- Coordinate activities related to medical contract providers.
- Participate in the recruitment process for assigned positions in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in nursing management or supervisory roles.
- Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse license is mandatory.
- Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification.

Our community living services span across 27 states, providing a wide array of high-quality services, including Community Living, Adult Host Homes, Behavioral/Mental Health Support, In-home Pharmacy Solutions, Telecare and Remote Support, Supported Employment and Training Programs, and Day Programs.
Salary Range:
USD $80,000.00 / Year
