Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with nursing administration and practice leadership to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching, training, and education to nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with the recruitment and retention of nursing staff, ensuring a skilled and dedicated team.
  • Participate in quality initiatives and process improvements to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Adhere to established quality principles and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN) accredited school of nursing or three years of related professional nursing experience.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Three years of medical office experience required.
  • Two years of clinical supervision or lead experience preferred.
