Job Title: RN Clinical Supervisor, Pulmonary

At Community Health Network, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN Clinical Supervisor to join our Pulmonary team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supervision to our nursing staff.

About the Role:

The RN Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and supervision to a team of nurses in the Pulmonary department
  • Collaborating with nursing administration and practice leadership to create efficient clinical services and implement process improvements
  • Assisting with quality initiatives and ensuring retention of talent through proper training and development of low-performing staff
  • Rooming patients and triage as needed
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • A valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
  • At least 3 years of medical office experience and 2 years of clinical supervision or lead experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
