Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Insurance Account Manager, your role will encompass:
- Managing client accounts, including billing inquiries, policy modifications, and coverage clarifications.
- Conducting coverage assessments and risk management advice, completing applications, preparing submissions, negotiating terms and pricing, and drafting proposals.
- Overseeing the renewal process and addressing cancellation requests.
- Establishing effective communication and building strong relationships with clients and insurance providers.
- Resolving any accounting discrepancies that may arise.
- Assisting with policy verification and staying informed on rates, forms, and coverage updates.
- Engaging in all interactions with clients and companies to mitigate potential errors and omissions.
We are eager to connect with candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant insurance experience in applicable products and risk management practices.
- Proven expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred, with relevant designations encouraged.
- In-depth understanding of the utilization and administration of insurance products, along with knowledge of market dynamics and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with agency management software.
- Prior experience in an insurance brokerage setting.

- Possession of a Property & Casualty License or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
