Job Title: Systems Specialist

Join Oxford Nanopore Technologies, a leading company in the field of nanopore-based DNA/RNA sequencing technology, as a Systems Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, update, and leadership of projects that enable continuous improvement of the Seismic platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Seismic platform functions, including basic administration, account creation, license management, and budgeting.
  • Maintain clear project status updates and manage administrative tasks in the project management board.
  • Build and share best practices for content creators and regularly scheduled audits of content and licenses.
  • Utilize system expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to end-users.
  • Manage the Seismic/ONT partnership and identify areas of improvement.
Requirements:
  • BSc degree in a relevant field.
  • Implementation and management of systems such as Salesforce, Seismic, and Seismic Learning.
  • Experience in Program Management and Sales, Marketing, or program management in a high growth environment.
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences research market and ability to communicate complex systems in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Ability to work to timeframe and budget and excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
