Platform Operations Specialist

The System Specialist will assume responsibility of the Seismic platform, working with internal stakeholders to maintain, update and lead projects that enable continuous improvement of the platform.
Key Responsibilities- Platform Management: Manage the Seismic platform functions, including basic administration for maintenance, account creation, license management, and budgeting.
- Project Management: Maintain clear project status updates, manage custom property management, delivery options settings, system and team site management, and other requests raised by internal users.
- Content Development: Build and share best practices for content creators, regularly scheduled audits of content and licenses for best practices adherence, and maintain user FAQs up to date to help self-service.
- Troubleshooting: Utilise system expertise to troubleshoot issues that arise from global platform users and follow up of solution to end users.
- Relationship Management: Manage the Seismic/ONT partnership through contact with Customer Success Manager at Seismic and escalate as necessary.
- Improvement Identification: Identify areas of improvement and propose business use cases for future improvements.
- Insight Dashboards: Build, maintain and share insight dashboards in an effective and appropriate manner through regularly scheduled program evaluations and propose solution-oriented actions to improve metrics.
- Adoption and Compliance: Maintain and report on adoption and compliance of content and set tasks in Seismic.
- Training and Onboarding: Training and Onboarding of new users.
- Train the Trainers: Train the trainers.
- Industry Standards: Keep up with industry standards and best practices.
- Seismic Workshops: Attend Seismic in person workshop/events.
Effective and efficient program management of ongoing improvement projects for the platform that are identified, funded and secured.
Job Requirements- Must Have:
- BSc degree
- Implementation and management of systems such as Salesforce, Seismic, Seismic Learning and
- Experience in Program Management.
- Sales, Marketing or program management in a high growth environment.
- Knowledge of Life Sciences research market.
- Ability to communicate complex systems in an easy-to-understand way in a scheduled manner.
- Ability to work to timeframe and budget.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
- Strong communication skills: English, written and verbal.
- Be solution oriented.
- Nice To Have:
- Experience working with Research/ Life Science departments.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Utilize sound judgement and be self-sufficient.
The salary for this role is between $94,644 and $141,966 USD. The salary offered will reflect the skills and experience of the candidate. This is a US Homeworker (remote) or Office position.
Certain roles within ONT are eligible for annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
