Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly production goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct effective sales calls to identify and meet the needs of referral sources and clearly communicate the features and benefits of LHC Group's services
- Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive a vision of growth and focus on the needs and expectations of referral sources and patients
- Manage sales administration duties, including Playmaker, CRM, expense entry compliance, and payroll time sheets
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements
