Business Operations Coordinator

The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Vice President of Behavioral Health with organizational and preparatory tasks related to Nursing Services.
Duties and Responsibilities- Compile data gathered during audits and disseminate it to departmental directors for review.
- Ensure an efficient system for introducing, amending, and discontinuing forms is in place.
- A minimum Associate's degree in business or a related field is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Two to three years of experience in healthcare are desired, particularly in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including spreadsheets and graphs, is necessary.
- The ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and communicate effectively verbally and in writing is essential.
- The position requires a full range of body motion, including standing, bending, stooping, and sitting for extended periods.
- The individual must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
We estimate a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum based on industry standards and the location of Iredell Memorial Hospital. Compensation may vary depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits and other perks will be discussed during the interview process.
