Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to assist the Vice President of Behavioral Health with organization and preparation of data and information related to Nursing Services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Office Programs, spreadsheet, and graphs, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in compiling data gathered during audits and disseminate data to appropriate departmental directors for review.
- Ensure that the system for introducing, amending, and discontinuing forms is working efficiently.
- Prepare and assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in business or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years' experience in healthcare background preferred.
- Expertise with use of Microsoft Office Programs, spreadsheet, and graphs.
- Ability to prepare and assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
- Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test for position to include standing, bending, stooping, and sitting for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
