Restaurant Operations Manager

Overview:

At Phase Three Brands, LLC, our team members are our most valuable asset. We are currently seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee our establishment.

The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of restaurant strategies and is essential in providing an exceptional guest experience by effectively managing both qualitative and quantitative performance metrics.

The Operations Manager is tasked with driving profitable revenue growth within the restaurant. Their primary focus will be on coaching, mentoring, and developing the team while ensuring accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster continuous improvement and maintain optimal operations to deliver a memorable guest experience, with a keen focus on the restaurant's environment.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards through regular Operations Assessments.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance and Food Safety Standards, proactively addressing any deficiencies.
  • Guarantee compliance with Health Code regulations, taking immediate corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage Speed of Service effectively, ensuring all operational standards are met.
  • Achieve a minimum of 4 guest feedback surveys per week, focusing on areas for improvement.
  • Address and resolve all guest complaints, identifying root causes of dissatisfaction.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant's market area, collaborating with management on factors influencing business trends.
  • Oversee staffing levels to ensure all team members are adequately trained.
  • Set staffing objectives and maintain a minimum staffing level of 95%, adjusting to trends as needed.
