Job Summary

FDH Aero is a leading global supplier of aerospace and defense components, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and employee growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our IT operations division.

The successful candidate will provide technical support across the organization, with a focus on resolving complex issues and improving system performance. This role will also involve collaborating with project teams to design and implement technical solutions, as well as providing training and guidance to business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet and general ledger accounts
  • Provide on-site IT support to local users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Assist in project planning and implementation, providing technical input and guidance as needed
  • Manage multiple priorities and tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve technical skills and knowledge
  • Configure, install, and maintain client desktop software and hardware, including mobile devices
  • Take ownership of technical projects and initiatives, with a focus on delivering results and improving processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent real-world experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft desktop users in a helpdesk/networking support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Organized and efficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to work interdepartmentally and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong customer service attitude and demeanor, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Exercise strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on improving system performance and resolving technical issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 Suite, with a strong understanding of desktop and laptop security encryption
  • Active Directory Management and knowledge of VOIP systems
  • Basic Networking experience, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and Network Topology
