Key Responsibilities- Patient Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure the safe and effective dispensing of medications, and maintain a high level of quality assurance in all pharmacy operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on all relevant regulations and guidelines, and ensure that our pharmacy operations are in compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
- Customer Service and Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service and engagement, and work to build strong relationships with our patients and customers.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of pharmacy technicians and support staff, and provide coaching and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
- Inventory Management and Financial Performance: Manage our pharmacy inventory and supplies, and work to optimize our financial performance and profitability.
- Education and Certification: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, and active pharmacy license in the state in which you are employed.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with a strong background in patient safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff.
