- Regulatory Requirements: Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the quality of patient care and services, including patient safety and satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, customers, and caregivers.
- Personnel Management: Lead and develop a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Inventory Management: Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Financial Profitability: Contribute to the financial success of the pharmacy through effective management of resources and operations.
- Loss Prevention: Identify and mitigate risks to prevent losses and ensure the security of pharmacy operations.
- Active Pharmacy License: Must have an active pharmacy license in the state in which you are employed.
- Immunization Certification: Must have immunization certification through an accredited organization.
- Education: A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree is preferred.
