About the Role:

As a Receptionist/Design Assistant at Chas G. Burch Supply Co, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom
  • Process quotes, paperwork, and complete filing
  • Monitor CRM program to track order progress
  • Create and post social media content
  • Assist with sales and commission opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • 1+ year of design experience preferred
  • Previous office experience required
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with computers and scheduling software

Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
