Job Title: Registered Nurse - Behavioral Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients with mental health conditions or behavioral challenges, developing personalized care plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' mental health status and develop effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and physicians to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on mental health management

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of recent experience in behavioral health nursing
  • Active licensure in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional certifications and requirements as requested by the facility
  • A strong desire to help others and adapt to changing situations
