As a Real Estate Sales Agent with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for meeting with buyers and sellers, determining their needs, and assisting in the entire process of buying and selling homes. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the transaction process, applying lead follow-up systems to grow the sales pipeline, and prospecting for new leads to promote new business.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and commission-based earnings. Our leads system, smart technology, and training will get you off the ground and running... FAST. It's very common for newly affiliated real estate sales agents to have multiple transactions in their first weeks/months. This can be you.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with buyers and sellers to determine their needs and assist in the home buying and selling process
  • Manage all aspects of the transaction process, including lead follow-up and sales pipeline growth
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business and grow the sales pipeline
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction
  • Host team open houses monthly to showcase properties and build relationships with clients
  • Manage workflow, calendar, and time-block efficiently to meet sales goals
  • Participate in University Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent for at least 6 months
  • Full-time availability required
  • Technology-driven and able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth and development
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively to meet sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Can-do attitude with problem-solving abilities
