Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of a 300+ building Real Estate portfolio, including reviewing and documenting environmental reporting.
  • Gain exposure to multiple areas, including Real Estate Transaction Management & Financial Analysis, Environmental Reporting, Lease Administration, and Workplace, Construction and Facilities Management.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • High level of attention to detail and organization with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of Management.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Must be a quick learner, self-directed, proactive, and curious.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing factors and conditions.
  • Curiosity about the hospitality and service industry.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate awareness, understanding, and skills vital to work in a diverse environment.
