The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a consulting firm dedicated to serving government clients with highly skilled professionals who support their missions.
Position Overview:
TRG is in search of a seasoned Records Management Consultant Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist a federal agency in enhancing their records management initiatives. This role is hybrid, allowing for both on-site and remote work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Bureau to identify and implement strategic enhancements to Records and Information Management (RIM) programs.
2. Conduct thorough evaluations and deliver actionable recommendations for optimizing records management processes.
3. Formulate and execute records management policies that comply with relevant regulations and meet the agency's operational requirements.
4. Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on the significance of effective RIM practices and their influence on operational efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in RIM consulting, with a focus on Microsoft Purview/Records Management implementation.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field is required.
