Position Overview: Full-Time, hourly compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and efficiently check guests in and out
- Process payments and verify necessary identification
- Address and fulfill special requests from guests
- Respond promptly and positively to guest inquiries
- Manage and resolve guest complaints with professionalism
- Answer phone calls swiftly and direct them appropriately
- Promote resort amenities, events, and special offers
- Ensure effective communication with other shifts
- Complete daily task checklists
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Post charges to guest accounts
- Reconcile transactions and prepare cash deposits
- Operate company vehicles as required
- Manage guest correspondence, messages, and wake-up calls
- Perform additional tasks as assigned

- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
- Exhibit professionalism at all times
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Build positive working relationships with all departments
- Adhere to all resort policies and procedures
