Job Summary
We are seeking a Nursing Services Director to oversee the direction and supervision of Nursing Services throughout the hospital on evening, night, and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have a BSN degree, RN/NJ License, and ACLS and BLS certificates. With 2-3 years of management supervisory experience in a hospital setting, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as JCAHO standards and laws governing healthcare operations.
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise Nursing Services on all off shifts, including evening, nights, and weekends.
- Oversee the organization towards achieving current and future goals.

- Provide leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and departmental goals and objectives.
