Customer Acquisition Executive at Bold Business

As a seasoned sales professional with 5+ years of experience in sales, particularly in staffing for BPO, office support, IT, data entry, finance, marketing, and/or customer service roles, you will take on the challenge of acquiring new customers and growing our customer base. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our sales goals are met and maintain contact with existing clients to provide professional after-sales support, ensuring they are satisfied, and requesting referrals.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Contacting prospective customers by both telephone and email
  • Market research to develop warm leads
  • Vetting lead lists for warm and cold leads
  • Identifying prospects that fit the target demographic
  • Using product knowledge to showcase the solutions that Bold Business can offer to prospects
  • Upselling additional products as needed
  • Utilizing databases, CRMs, or other software to track progress with new prospects
  • Reporting weekly sales goals and objectives to regional leaders
  • Negotiating agreements and prices with customers
  • Responding to complaints and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation
