Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our sales team at Combined Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth within your territory.

As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our agents to generate new customers and sales, build customer relationships, and meet sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Meet sales objectives and exceed targets.

Sales Skills:

  • Knowledge of company products and services.
  • Able to efficiently present sales materials and demonstrate the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Agent Support:

  • Field train and accompany agents as needed.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to help agents improve their sales skills.
  • Support agents in assignment planning and appointment setting.

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
