Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our Public Works team in the City of Airway Heights.

Salary: $54,542 - $64,423 per year

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team and providing excellent customer service. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring seamless execution of projects and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of administrative support staff.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and events, such as budgeting and planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Three years of experience in an administrative leadership role, preferably in a government agency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
