Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold guest service standards as established by the Front Office Manager.
  • Learn, manage, and train team members on our property management systems.
  • Oversee guest profile management and ensure timely communication across departments regarding guest information.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies, services, and standards.
  • Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts as requested by management.

  • Assist staff in their roles to provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure guest privacy and security.
  • Conduct training for new and existing staff, providing performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment to enhance productivity and morale.
  • Ensure effective communication with other departments to maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and closing duties accurately and promptly.
  • Attend relevant meetings as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Hospitality degree preferred, with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Creative problem solver with strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Service-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Able to motivate and guide team members effectively.
