External Business Development Manager

Circle K is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of our retail stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Site Operations: Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to maximize sales, minimize costs, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns, and ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
- Financial Management: Analyze sales and expense data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and net profits.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that all products are accurately priced and stocked.
- Employee Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to retail sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales and expense data and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
