About the Job
We're looking for a skilled Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for expanding our customer base by building strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare.
- Stay up-to-date on new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business with our comprehensive jobsite solutions.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
- Competitive, self-motivated and results driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
