Process Mechanical Field Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Mechanical Field Operations Manager to join our team at Allan Myers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising safe and efficient field operations for assigned job sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise hourly crew members and plan/schedule manpower and equipment as needed.
- Manage deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure safety, profit, scheduling compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow the Allan Myers Safety Program, including preplanning to identify conditions and exposures, proper safety and personal protective equipment, and accident investigation and reporting.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other Field Managers, Superintendents, and the customer to implement successful project plans.
- Provide on-the-job training to crew members for assigned tasks.
- Communicate performance expectations for productivity, quality, and safety to crews and ensure progress towards expectations.
- Administer timely and accurate documentation for project-related activities, including change orders, time and materials, purchase orders, daily job control reports, and receiving slips/invoices.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; continuing education in construction highly desirable.
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience in at least one trade discipline (i.e., excavation, pipe, concrete, or paving) with one or more years of construction supervisory experience preferred.
- OSHA 10 hour required.
- Valid driver's license required.
