Key Responsibilities:


This pivotal role encompasses a variety of front desk responsibilities, including delivering exceptional customer service, managing patient check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, handling referrals, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, and collecting payments.

- Warmly greet and assist patients as they arrive.


- Ensure accurate check-in and check-out processes in line with company protocols, confirming that all necessary documentation is complete.

- Respond to phone inquiries and direct patients to the appropriate departments or personnel.

- Efficiently register patients and establish accounts within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

- Schedule appointments for both new and returning patients with precision.


- Perform routine administrative tasks promptly, including preparing patient files, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, entering data, and processing payments.

- Complete opening and closing procedures, along with other assigned tasks.

- Exhibit outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.

- Proficiency in MS Office and fundamental office skills (telephone etiquette, filing, data entry) along with basic mathematical abilities.

- Excellent telephone manners, a friendly demeanor, and exceptional customer service capabilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey information clearly.

- Previous experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
