About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Reception team member to join our team at Swingers the crazy golf club (Dupont Circle). As a Reception team member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, providing them with information and assistance as needed
  • Coordinate golf tee off timings and provide guidelines and instructions to guests
  • Ensure that each guest has a great experience at Swingers, adhering to our ethos, policies, and procedures
  • Work effectively with management to deliver exceptional guest service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a busy environment in the hospitality industry
  • Hotel Front Desk and/or Maitre D' experience is a plus
  • Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
  • The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
  • The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
