Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech therapy services to elementary students within a vibrant educational setting. This role involves delivering individualized therapy aimed at enhancing students' speech and language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapeutic Services: Conduct personalized therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Assessment & Planning: Carry out assessments and create customized therapy plans to support student development.
  • Collaboration: Partner with educators, parents, and school personnel to integrate therapy into students' educational frameworks.
  • Documentation: Keep precise records of therapy sessions and monitor student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid Illinois SLP license and PEL with Communications Disorders (P-12).
  • Experience: CCC-SLPs are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities and a talent for engaging with students across various age groups.
  • Note: Supervision of SLPA or CF is not required for this role.
