Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary: Soliant is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to student goal development.
  • Provide training and support on speech and language development strategies to school staff.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Hold a valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Poses a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Ohio Department of Education Pupil Services License for Speech-Language Pathologists required.
  • Preferably, have experience working in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Compliance with state and federal regulations for special education.
