Role Overview:
**30 hours per week**

This position is distinct from a traditional project management role; it emphasizes creativity and collaboration with creative teams to ensure project completion from start to finish. We are seeking a contract traffic coordinator to oversee various Product Marketing, Social Media, and Sales Education initiatives using our internal tool, InTouch, and manage Online Ordering tasks. The responsibilities include all phases of project management from initiation to delivery of new and quarterly projects.
  • Oversee approximately 30 projects utilizing Workfront, an intuitive project management tool.
  • Engage with the InTouch internal website for consultants and manage Online Ordering processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, solution-focused, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned Product Marketing, Social Media, and Sales Education projects, ensuring smooth transitions from inception to completion.
  • Schedule project briefings and participate in meetings as required, both in-person and virtually.
  • Initiate and track all jobs in Workfront, ensuring a consistent workflow and documenting progress.
  • Provide support for other account managers' projects, including routing tasks and following up with creative teams and project stakeholders.
  • Handle content updates for InTouch Pages and Online Ordering Pages related to Product Promotions, Social Media Content, and Sales Education.
