Job Summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee field operations for single or multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to supervise and manage contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all on-site activities, including safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Travel required, with potential for extended periods away from home.
  • Directly manage and monitor project work in the field.
  • Promote a safe and organized work environment, ensuring Sevan's safety requirements are met.
  • Understand and apply Critical Path Management (CPM) scheduling.
  • Ensure trade partner staffing levels are consistent to maintain project schedule.
  • Complete quality inspections and maintain an active deficiency report.
  • Plan and host weekly foremen meetings.
  • Communicate project-related issues with Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Director.
  • Examine construction documentation and verify permitting requirements.
  • Coordinate with local municipalities for inspections.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager on change orders and incorporate work into project schedule.
  • Prepare and provide daily and weekly status reports.
  • Identify and solve or elevate project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or quality.
  • Represent the company in project meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in an accredited construction-related program or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in on-site construction management.
  • Experience in at-risk projects preferred.
  • State/local General Contractors license preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore project management software, and MS Project scheduling software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
