Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and courteous customer service.
  • Identify customer needs, provide options, resolve issues, ensure satisfaction, and follow up with clients.
  • Assist customers in locating products, processing special orders, answering inquiries, and offering services such as gift wrapping.
  • Monitor for theft and maintain store security.
  • Address customer complaints and manage returns, refunds, or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Execute all cashiering duties following company cash and credit handling protocols.
  • Verify price tags for accuracy and manage inventory effectively.
  • Keep the sales floor and cashier area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Assist with incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain a professional appearance that aligns with company standards.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail is required.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written, is preferred.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and relevant software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
  • Occasional use of hands for handling or feeling.
  • Occasional reaching with hands and arms.
  • Occasional bending, lifting, or climbing.
  • Occasional lifting of moderate weights.
  • Good hand-eye coordination is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of retail sales experience in a jewelry or accessories environment.
