Job Title: Home Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Miami First Remodeling. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for bringing sales and building relationships with new and existing clients.

Job Overview:

We are a busy home improvement and renovation company that specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, as well as room additions. We strive to maintain great relationships with our customers by offering world-class customer service.

Duties:

  • Ready to drive to all customers in Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm counties.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize sales revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage and grow key accounts through effective account management strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and technologies related to home remodeling.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience in account management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology sales is a plus.

This is a commission-based sales job for professional experienced sales people. If you are a closer, money motivated, charismatic, energetic, and have big goals in life, your place is with us.

We will provide the necessary training, and you will get 1-2 solid leads a day. You will need to work one day on the weekend and meet customers at 5 pm. There is a lot of driving involved, so you need to have a reliable car.
