We're seeking a skilled Software Quality Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our Agile Development Methodology (ADM) framework, including establishing scrum team roles, tools, and practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members to understand business partner requirements and priorities.
  • Design and execute functional test plans for complex systems, collaborating with developers and product owners.
  • Design and develop high-quality, robust full-stack test automation (UI and API).
  • Provide oversight through code and design reviews for features delivered by other developers.
  • Continuously improve test and dev practices, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools.
  • Troubleshoot, root cause, and categorize production issues, enriching tests accordingly.
  • Participate in code and design reviews for tests delivered by other team members.
  • Contribute ideas and provide feedback on various projects within the team's portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, and two years of experience in software engineering/program analysis, or two years of experience in the job offered.
  • Or, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, and five years of progressively responsible experience in software engineering/program analysis, or five years of experience in the job offered.
  • Special skills required: Selenium Web Driver, HP ALM and Jira, Salesforce, SOAP, Jenkins, SQL, Database Testing using SOSL and SOQL, Data Loader, Data Migration and Conversion, Triggers, Custom Objects, Record Types, Workflows, Visualforce, and Apex.
