About the Role

Cumulus Media is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Bloomington. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify client business needs and develop customized advertising solutions
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to best position Cumulus in the marketplace
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in media sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and ability to analyze data
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
