About the Role

The Sales Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our optical stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their eyewear needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible solution for their vision needs.
  • Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed to ensure accuracy.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
