Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, scheduled for Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This role will be performed entirely onsite.

We are in search of a Senior Service Desk Specialist to:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in mobile device education, health applications, and assist patients in becoming more digitally engaged.
  • Offer hands-on assistance to patients utilizing health and wellness applications.
  • Oversee walk-up support for staff to exchange computer hardware and aid in the setup of mobile device management and multi-factor authentication.

Education:

Minimum - Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
(relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

Preferred - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum - Three years of relevant experience in Service Desk/Desktop Support/Information Technology Systems.

Preferred - Four years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.

Certifications:

Minimum - None

Preferred - Help Desk Institute (HDI) Support Center Team Lead, ITIL Service Lifecycle: Service Operation.
