Job Summary

CJL Consulting Services is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Nutrition Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing nutritional education, counseling, and interventions to patients in long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical nutrition and dietary management support consulting services to patients and healthcare teams.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance reports to ensure regulatory compliance and state/federal survey preparedness.
  • Lead nutrition at risk meetings and provide clinical nutrition interventions and care plans.
  • Participate as an essential Interdisciplinary Team Leader within each account, communicating with facility representatives for coordination of care and services.
  • Complete nutrition assessments and MDS sections, participating in weekly team calls and completing QA data.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) as per Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) State licensure (LDN).
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Computer experience is preferred, and PointClickCare experience is preferred, but will train.
