CJL Consulting Services is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Clinical Nutrition Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition services to our clients in the Long-Term Care industry.

• Provide clinical nutrition and dietary management support consulting services to our clients.
• Develop and implement quality assurance reports to ensure regulatory compliance and state/federal survey preparedness.
• Lead nutrition at risk meetings and provide clinical nutrition interventions and care plans.
• Complete quality assurance audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate as an essential Interdisciplinary Team Leader within each account.
• Communicate with facility representatives for coordination of care and services.
• Complete nutrition assessments and MDS sections.
• Participate in weekly team calls and complete QA data.

• Registered Dietitian (RD) as per Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) State licensure (LDN).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Computer experience is preferred and PointClickCare experience is preferred, but will train.
