The Dietary Aide is a vital member of our team at Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, responsible for providing exceptional support in all dietary functions.
Key Responsibilities- Meal Service: Prepare and serve meals that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Food Preparation: Assist in setting up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Inventory Management: Help manage food and supply inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are readily available.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the facility's dietitian and Dietary Supervisor to implement recommended changes and ensure seamless operations.
- Additional Duties: Participate in departmental studies and projects as assigned, and assist with other tasks as needed.
